We easily get hung up on the idea of worth. We have an obsessive need to measure the worth of anything we create – in terms of money, praise, “likes” or other acclaim. We are so programmed to carry out these evaluations, that we easily start doing it in the middle of a creative process. Needless to say, it kills the mood.

  • Test Your State Of Flow
  • Paradoxically, creativity is worth it, regardless of the end result. It stimulates the brain, fights depression and staves of dementia, to name a few. So, keep on creating!
